Scholastic Book Fair: The 2018-2019 “Paws for Reading” Book Fair will be held March 19-23. Please mark your calendars. Family Night will be on Wednesday, March 21. More details will be sent home in the near future.

Attendance: Each month we monitor our school’s attendance.  One of our goals in the Single Plan for Student Achievement is to maintain 97%.  Last month we reached 96.1%.  This placed us third out of twelve compared to all other LVJUSD elementary schools.

Lawrence Elementary Celebration: The District is celebrating Lawrence Elementary with the Community.

You are warmly invited to join in the formal dedication of Lawrence Elementary, the newest school in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District, on Friday, February 23, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. Our Board of Education, consisting of President Craig Bueno, Clerk Chuck Rogge, and Trustees Kate Runyon, Chris Wenzel, and Anne White, along with our Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Kelly Bowers, are proud to welcome special guests Bill Goldstein, Ph.D., Director of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Livermore Mayor John Marchand.

The celebration where we will officially welcome Lawrence Elementary as a permanent educational fixture in our community will take place at the front of the school around the newly installed marquee.

We hope that you are able to join us for this upcoming commemorative event!
